New Ransomes/Jacobsen G-4X4 Bare Cylinder Head

  This is for a BARE HEAD C/W Guides,Seats

Our heads are available, bare with guides and seats or complete with valves. 

Unlike others online Our heads are checked and prepped for assembly. 

When new guides are pressed in they can distort. As such we check the guides and ream as necessary.

 Also we check the seats and cut them to meet the proper valve recession/protrusion spec. This is important for a couple of reasons. 

The obvious is piston to valve clearance, the not so obvious is the valve stem seal to spring retainer clearance on valve opening, without enough clearance the spring retainer may contact the seal and seriously damage it.
